Palmieri is a Swiss Army knife in the music field as he performs on multiple instruments, band-leads, composes, arranges, and educates to round out his very young career. With a very special night sharing his original music alongside classic jazz standards, this is his first occasion band-leading in the Columbus area! While being familiar with the city through his work with local indie rock band “A-Go-Go” on both piano and saxophone, he has yet to head up a band of his own of any style in the great capitol of O-H-I-O. The Colin Palmieri Quintet is very excited to bring to you some of the finest musicians from Cincinnati, and a swingin’ night of tasteful both original and classic music.
