"Power Hour" Show: $10 Showtime: 5:30 - 6:30 (Doors Open 5:00) Born and raised in Summit, New Jersey, Andy Sipe started playing guitar at the age of eight. Taking lessons at the School of Rock Chatham, he took lessons for guitar and piano for nine years, being immersed in genres ranging from classic rock to extreme metal and progressive rock. At the age of seventeen, Andy made the choice to continue his studies in music at a collegiate level. First attending The University of the Arts on a scholarship, Andy pursued a degree in music business and technology for one year before transferring to The Ohio State University, where he would complete his studies, and shift his focus towards jazz. Graduating with a degree in Jazz Studies with a concentration in composition and a minor in Music Enterprises, Andy continued his music career teaching guitar, bass, piano, and vocals for the past year and a half.
